Mexican Food Chronicles - Our Favorite Fajitas
Fajitas is a TexMex cuisine that was commonly associated with skirt steak. Many Mexican restaurants adopted this dish due to its versatility and customizable nature. Nowadays, you can order this as a Mexican Food to include different types of meats like chicken, pork, and other cuts of beef, or stick with the original skirt steak. It’s usually cooked with bell peppers and onions. Most restaurants will usually serve this sizzling on a hot stone plate along with sides of Mexican rice, refried beans, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and fresh warm tortillas.
Here at Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant, we serve a good selection and variations of Fajitas. It is one of our more popular menu items that is very family-friendly.
