Top Gluten Free Mexican Food On Our Menu Part 2

 

In a previous blog, we showcased some of our popular Gluten Free Mexican Food on our menu. If you’re gluten-free we can still serve you our delicious Mexican food! Ordering gluten free can be as simple as choosing corn tortillas. Keep in mind here our ground beef contains gluten. Otherwise many of the Mexican food dishes on our menu are fair game, and labeled as such on our expansive menu for gluten free eaters.

Enchilada, Tostada, Rice & Beans - From our lunch specials, you can have it all! For both the enchilada and tostada your choice of chicken, or picadillo. A tostada is a crispy flat shell covered with your choice of meat whereas the enchilada is a tortilla rolled around the meat filling and covered with a savory sauce. This is on our lunch specials menu and there are a variety of combinations of this available for Gluten Free diners.

Camarones Al Gusto - If you’re feeling more in a seafood mood, you’re in luck, because this dish is simply perfect. Sautéed prawns in butter with onions and mushrooms, with your choice of Mojo de Ajo or a La Diabla. This is a naturally Gluten Free option.

Mazatlan Molcajete - Molcajete slice of Angus Top Sirloin steak and chicken breast, both sautéed in onions, green and red bell peppers served with our “special Molcajete Sauce,” then topped with Monterey Jack cheese. Served with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and tortillas. This dish is also available with seafood.

Steak a La Mexicana - From our A Fuego Lento menu also known as slow cooked in English we have Top Sirloin steak, sliced and sautéed with onions and green peppers, covered with Spanish sauce. Ask for corn tortillas to ensure Gluten Free. This dish is served with rice and beans. A garden salad can be added for an additional cost.
