Spinach Enchiladas: Looking for some variety? Our spinach enchiladas offer a healthy twist on the classic cheese enchilada featuring sauteed spinach and mushrooms, rolled in a corn tortilla and finished with enchilada salsa and Monterey Jack cheese. 


Veggie Burrito: For a hearty vegetarian dish packed with flavor, look no further than our veggie burrito. This generous burrito is made using a 10-inch flour tortilla stuffed with mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, peppers, onions, rice, and rancho beans.
