Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant’s Signature Menu Items

Food is an essential component of cultures all around the world. The tradition of passing down recipes and sharing experiences in the kitchen makes for the most delicious meals made with love. At Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant in Everett, Washington, our menu is rooted in tradition. Chef Don Andres Cardenaz meticulously crafted the signature plates available on our menu for an unforgettable meal.

Each plate is crafted using traditional recipes that have been passed down for generations. From Carne Abodaba to our special Mazatlan Dinner, we make sure that each plate served upholds our reputation for the best authentic Mexican food in Everett. Here is a list of our signature plates at Mazatlan, available for dine-in or takeout every day of the week:

Mazatlan Molcajete: A molcajete is a traditional stone kitchen tool that grounds spices and incorporates them into flavorful sauces, salsas, and dips. For our Mazatlan Molcajete, we blend together a unique mix of spices to create our “special Molcajete sauce” to flavor the tender slices of chicken and angus top sirloin steak. We serve this special plate with sauteed bell peppers, onion, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, and tortillas. You may also substitute the meat for a seafood option.

Carne Adobada: In traditional Mexican cuisine, abodaba reflects the usage of a thick and flavorful marinade or seasoning used on meat. Our Carne Abodaba at Mazatlan features specially-seasoned grilled pork with rice, beans, pico de gallo, and guacamole on the side.

Mazatlan Dinner: The Mazatlan Dinner special plate is a great option for extra hungry customers looking for a taste of a few different options. This plate comes with charbroiled top sirloin steak, Chile Relleno, an enchilada of your choice, plus rice and beans.

Los Tres Amigos: Another great dish to sample a few items on the menu is our Los Tres Amigos, featuring Chile Colorado, Chile Verde, and authentic Chile Relleno, served with rice, beans, and tortillas.

Many of our signature plates at Mazatlan can be prepared gluten-free to accommodate the needs of our guests. Additionally, we can easily substitute meat options for seafood or vegetarian alternatives for many of our dishes. Come see us at Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant in Everett for authentic Mexican food with recipes that date back generations. We look forward to seeing you, and we thank you for supporting our local business!
